03Can I switch between pricing models?+
Yes. You can switch between outcome-based and usage-based at any time. We'll work with you to find the model that best fits your business.
04What counts as a conversation?+
A conversation is a single interaction session between an AI agent and a customer, regardless of the number of messages exchanged within that session. A new session starts after 24 hours of inactivity.
05Is there a free trial?+
We offer a 30-day proof of value instead. We'll deploy agents on one workstream with measurable KPIs. If we don't deliver results, walk away.
